Delicious make-ahead mango pudding made with canned mango pulp and 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (.25 ounce) packages powdered gelatin (such as Knox®)
  • 26 ounces canned mango pulp
  • 1.5 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cold water
Instructions:
  • Mix together hot water, sugar, and powdered gelatin in a small bowl until the sugar and gelatin have completely dissolved.
  • Combine ripe mango pulp, creamy evaporated milk, and refreshing cold water in a spacious bowl. Gently pour in the hot water mixture and stir until perfectly blended.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until firm, for a minimum of 4 hours.
