Easy homemade mint ice cream swirled with strawberries and dark chocolate chunks. Only 6 ingredients for a delicious frozen dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 6 fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions:
  • Combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and peppermint extract in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze until slightly thickened, about 25 to 30 minutes. Add chocolate and strawberries to the ice cream mixture and allow to mix until thickened, around 3 to 5 more minutes.
