Savor decadent chocolate caramel bites!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 36 round milk chocolate-covered chewy caramels, unwrapped
  • 36 pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line 36 mini muffin cups with miniature paper baking cups.
  • Combine the cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Shape the dough into 36 (1-1/4 inch) balls and place them in muffin cups.
  • Bake until edges are set, around 8-9 minutes. Press a milk chocolate-covered caramel into the center of each cookie cup while hot. Let cool for 2 minutes, then garnish with pecan halves. Cool completely for about 30 minutes before removing from pans using a narrow spatula.
