Cheesy hash brown potatoes topped with buttery cornflakes - a crispy, creamy casserole ideal for potlucks or Sunday brunch.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1.5 cups corn flakes, coarsely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a 2-quart glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, condensed soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion, and melted butter until well combined. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine corn flakes and melted butter in a small bowl to make the topping. Spread it evenly over the hash brown mixture.
  • Roast in the oven until soft and beautifully golden, for around 45 minutes.
