Sizzling garlic butter pork spaghetti recipe

Elevate your pasta game with this irresistible garlic pork butter spaghetti - a divine twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 450g pork loin sizzle steaks
  • 60g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped parsley
  • 500g leftover cooked spaghetti (see note)
  • 45g (1/2 cup) fresh finely grated fresh parmesan
  • Fresh salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Season pork generously with salt and pepper. Sear pork in two batches with oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until beautifully browned.
  • Melt butter in a pan until foamy, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the pork back to the pan, coat with the garlic-butter mixture, and stir in parsley.
  • If needed, gently run the spaghetti under warm water for a few seconds to loosen it. Drain thoroughly. Combine the pasta with the pork mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan and season generously. Transfer spaghetti into serving bowls. Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy with a side of fresh salad.
