Savor grilled chicken tostadas topped with zesty black beans, fresh guacamole, crunchy Old El Paso® shells, and tangy taco sauce for a mouthwatering Mexican feast.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons Montreal chicken grill seasoning
  • 4 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • Grilling spray
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried black beans
  • 8 tostada shells from 1 box (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ Tostada Shells (12 Count)
  • 1 box (14 oz) refrigerated guacamole
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup from 1 bottle (9 oz) Old El Paso™ Medium Taco Sauce
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, lime juice, grill seasoning, and 3 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Prepare the grill by spraying the rack with grilling spray and heating it using gas or charcoal. Take the chicken out of the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken over medium heat, turning once, for 12 to 14 minutes until the juice runs clear when the thickest part is cut (at least 165°F). Let it cool slightly before chopping.
  • Spread a layer of flavorful refried beans over crispy tostada shells, followed by a generous dollop of creamy guacamole. Arrange seasoned chicken and gooey cheese evenly on top. Enhance the taco sauce with a teaspoon of zesty Sriracha and drizzle it over the tostadas. Grill the assembled tostadas for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is gloriously melted. Finish with a fresh sprinkle of lettuce and serve promptly to enjoy a delicious meal!
