Sautéed corn, green peppers, and onions with crispy bacon - a simple and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bacon, chopped
  • 2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, sizzle bacon until golden yet tender. Add onions and green bell peppers. Sauté until soft, approximately 10 minutes.
  • - Reduce heat to low. - Stir in corn and cook until tender for about 15 minutes. - Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Keep the bacon grease in the skillet for added flavor.
