Delicious mini burgers baked with savory beef, onion soup mix, mayo, and cheese. Perfect for potlucks!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 24 dinner rolls, split
  • 0.5 cup sliced pickles
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your fresh, high-quality ingredients before starting the recipe.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with greased aluminum foil.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef and onion soup mix until beef is crumbly and browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove any excess grease.
  • Take the skillet off the heat and mix in the Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Lay roll bottoms on the baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture onto each bottom, then top with the roll tops. Cover sandwiches with aluminum foil.
  • Bake until burgers are heated through and cheese is perfectly melted in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Serve alongside crisp, tangy pickles and savor every delicious bite!
