Tender slow cooker brisket with tangy dill pickles and savory BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 pound) beef brisket, trimmed of fat
  • 2 (16 ounce) jars dill pickle spears
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Lay the brisket at the bottom of a slow cooker and top it with dill pickle spears, pickle juice, and barbecue sauce.
  • Cook on High for 6 hours or until the beef easily shreds with 2 forks.
