Easy crockpot Buffalo chicken for spicy sandwiches. A crowd-pleaser inspired by Buffalo chicken wings!
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (17.5 fluid ounce) bottle Buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
Instructions:
  • Assemble your ingredients.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and generously coat them with 3/4 of the wing sauce and ranch dressing mix.
  • Slow cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together perfectly.
  • Using two forks, gently shred the chicken in the cooker before adding the butter and stirring it in.
  • Top hoagie rolls with a generous portion of shredded chicken and sauce, then drizzle with the remaining Buffalo sauce for a flavorful finish.
