Creamy Buffalo chicken pasta: a delicious slow-cooker fusion of classic wings and comforting pasta, ideal for both family meals and game-day feasts.
Ingredients:
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 12 oz rigatoni, cooked and drained as directed on package
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by greasing it with cooking spray. Season chicken with celery salt, salt, and pepper, then place it in the slow cooker. Pour Buffalo sauce over the chicken and add garlic. Cook on High for about 2 hours, or until the chicken reaches at least 165°F and the juice runs clear. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-size pieces using two forks.
  • Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in the slow cooker and stir until melted and smooth. Add rigatoni and shredded chicken, stirring to combine. Cover and cook for 15 minutes until hot. Finish by garnishing with blue cheese and green onions before serving.
