Indulgent crockpot chai: Spiced, creamy, and sweet. Effortless with slow cooker magic.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 3.5 quarts water
  • 15 green cardamom pods, split open and seeded
  • 15 slices fresh ginger, peeled
  • 25 whole cloves
  • 3 whole black peppercorns
  • 8 black tea bags
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • In a slow cooker, mix water, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, ginger, cloves, and peppercorns. Cook on High for 8 hours.
  • Place tea bags in the slow cooker and let them steep for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the liquid into a clean container, then blend in the condensed milk until smooth. Serve hot.
