Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (3 pound) beef chuck roast
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • First, scatter the savory onion soup mix at the base of the slow cooker. Then, delicately position the roast in the center, generously topping it with luscious cranberry sauce.
  • Cook on Low for 8 hours with the dish covered.
  • Take out the roast from the slow cooker and keep it aside. Switch the slow cooker to High setting.
  • Combine the butter and flour in a bowl, then gradually incorporate into the remaining liquid in the slow cooker until a luscious gravy forms. Serve alongside the roast for a delectable meal.
