Slow-cooked pork roast with sauerkraut, potatoes, garlic, and caraway seeds for a mouthwatering Irish meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 white potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 pound) boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut with liquid
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Instructions:
  • Add potatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper to a slow cooker, mixing to coat. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper, then place it over the potatoes. Top with sauerkraut and sprinkle caraway seeds on top.
  • Slow cook for 8 to 10 hours on Low heat.
