Bacon-wrapped chicken thighs slow-cooked in Russian dressing for a flavorful and tender dish.
Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 1 (10 fluid ounce) bottle Russian-style salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Let chicken rest briefly.
  • Wrap each chicken thigh in savory bacon and nestle them in the slow cooker. Generously sprinkle garlic and ginger over the chicken, then smother it with zesty Russian dressing. Let it simmer on Low for 5 to 6 hours until tender. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
