Slow cooker sesame chicken with honey-soy sauce served over rice or vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root, or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, oil, ginger, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Lay the chicken in the base of a slow cooker. Sprinkle with cornstarch and mix well to cover. Drizzle with the delightful honey-soy blend and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
  • Slow-cook until chicken is tender, fully cooked, and juices run clear, for 3 to 4 hours.
