Slow cooker sweet and sour meatballs with a secret sauce for easy and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle chile sauce
  • 9 ounces grape jelly
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine the chile sauce, grape jelly, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and heat on Low until warmed through.
  • Mix together ground beef, onion, egg, and salt until well combined, then shape into 24 1-inch balls. Place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
