Effortlessly delicious teriyaki pulled pork made in the slow cooker.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (7 pound) bone-in pork butt
  • 0.75 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Place the pork butt at the bottom of the slow cooker and switch the heat setting to High.
  • Combine teriyaki sauce, vinegar, pineapple juice, garlic, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Pour the flavorful mixture over the pork and slow cook on High for 9 hours.
  • Place the pork in a spacious baking pan and allow it to rest for 20 minutes. Use 2 forks to shred the pork, adding some cooking liquid if needed for moistness.
