Decadent slow-cooked chocolate walnut brownie pudding cake - a luscious dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dutch processed baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
  • Powdered sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, and salt in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, vanilla, egg whites, and eggs. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until blended. Mix in melted chocolate, then fold in walnuts.
  • Prepare the 3 1/2-quart slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray, then pour the batter into the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on Low heat setting for 2 to 2.5 hours, until set around edges but still soft in center. Turn off slow cooker, then let it stand covered for 30 minutes before serving. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar before enjoying.
