Tangy fruit chutney and caramelized onions enhance succulent slow-cooked ham - perfect for a brunch feast!
Ingredients:
  • 3-pound fully cooked smoked boneless ham
  • 2 jars (6 ounces each) fruit chutney (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen small whole onions (from 1-pound bag)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  • Place the ham in a 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with pepper and pour the mixed remaining ingredients over the ham.
  • Slow cook covered on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
