Slow-Cooker Ham with Cheesy Potatoes

Slow-cooked cheesy potato and ham casserole for a comforting meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (28 ounces) frozen diced potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend (8 ounces)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 3-pound fully cooked smoked boneless ham
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Combine frozen potatoes, cheese, soup, and sour cream in the slow cooker. Slice the ham lengthwise in half and place it on top of the potato mixture.
  • Simmer gently with a lid on for 5 to 6 hours until the potatoes are soft and tender.
  • Take the ham out of the cooker and place it on a cutting board. Stir the potatoes thoroughly before serving. Slice the ham and serve it with the potatoes.
