Slow-Cooker Saucy Short Ribs

Succulent beef short ribs simmered in creamy celery soup, served with a rich sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 to 4 lb beef short ribs, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Season beef ribs generously with seasoned salt and pepper. Place the ribs and onion in a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then pour the mixture over the ribs.
  • Cover and simmer on Low heat for 7 to 9 hours. Skim off any excess fat from the top of the sauce and then serve the sauce over the ribs.
