Slow-Cooker Scalloped Potato and Sausage Supper

Indulge in a comforting slow-cooked meal featuring sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, and peas.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Betty Crocker™ scalloped potato mix
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom with garlic soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 2-inch diagonal pieces
  • 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions:
  • Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with a layer of cooking spray. Add the uncooked potatoes to the slow cooker, followed by a mixture of soup, water, and Sauce Mix from the potato mix. Finish by topping everything with sausage.
  • Simmer covered on low heat for 4 to 5 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  • Separate peas by rinsing them with cold water. Sprinkle the peas over the potatoes. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the peas are heated through.
