Create a delectable slow cooker potato side with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes (2 pounds), cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of onion soup
  • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
  • 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, undrained
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Coat the interior of a 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine all the ingredients and transfer the mixture into the cooker.
  • Slow cook on low for 10-12 hours until the potatoes are tender.
