Slow-cooked Italian ravioli with savory beef sauce and cheese for a decadent meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef round
  • 1 cup refrigerated chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 jar (24 oz) tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 package (26 oz) frozen cheese-filled ravioli (do not thaw)
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (8 oz)
Instructions:
  • Grease a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, sauté beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  • Start by generously spooning a comforting 3/4 cup of pasta sauce at the base of your slow cooker. Follow it up with layers of half of the delicious ravioli, half of the savory beef mixture, and a delightful 1 cup of cheese. Continue with another layer using 3/4 cup of sauce, the rest of the ravioli, and the remaining beef. Finish off strong by topping it all with the last sauce and sprinkling a final 1 cup of cheese for that delicious finishing touch. Enjoy!
  • Cover and simmer gently for 6 hours on Low heat, or until the ravioli is tender.
