Small Batch Dill Pesto

Elevate your pesto with fresh dill - scale up for a bigger batch!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and quartered
  • 0.13 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Add dill fronds, walnuts, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the food processor bowl; a mini or small food processor works perfectly for this recipe.
  • Pulse ingredients until finely minced, scraping down sides as needed. While machine is on, slowly add olive oil until mixture is smooth and well blended.
  • Store the pesto in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
