Indulge in a luscious pea and mint dip for a harmonious blend of classic flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas, blanched in boiling water, cooled
  • 20.00 ml fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
  • 200ml Sour Cream
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • Crackers or vegetables, to serve
Instructions:
  • Add the peas to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender and vibrant green. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Blend peas, mint, and lemon with a hand blender until peas are coarsely crushed and well mixed. Gently fold in sour cream and season to taste.
  • Enjoy with crackers or fresh veggies for a delightful presentation.
