Smoked chicken and cheese platter

Impress with a stunning cheese and smoked chicken platter, paired with a tangy cream cheese dip.
Ingredients:
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 73.13 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 31.50 gm lemon juice
  • 1 red delicious apple, cored, cut into wedges
  • 1 packham pear, cored, cut into wedges
  • 300g chicken breast
  • 210g brie cheese
  • 125g crackers, to serve (we used mini lavosh)
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, mustard, parsley, green onions, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
  • Toss apple and pear wedges in a separate bowl with the remaining lemon juice until coated.
  • Place the smoked chicken, brie, apple mixture, and crackers elegantly on a platter. Accompany with a delightful cream cheese mixture.
