Ingredients:
  • 350g fettuccine
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 255.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 252.50 gm UHT thickened cream
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 20.00 ml drained capers
  • 200g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Boil 350g of dried fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water as per package directions until it's "al dente". Then, drain and place the pasta back in the pot.
  • In a pan, warm up 1 tablespoon of lush olive oil. Introduce 1 finely chopped onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves, sauté until tender. Pour in 1 cup of rich chicken stock, 1 cup of velvety UHT thickened cream, and sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of fragrant dried dill. Simmer until the mixture thickens beautifully.
  • Toss drained capers, roughly chopped 200g smoked salmon, and cream sauce with the pasta until well combined. Serve the fettuccine immediately.
