Elevate pizza to gourmet status with this recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 123.75 gm good-quality mayonnaise
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • 20ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1 quantity pizza dough (see Notes & related recipe)
  • 250g bocconcini, chopped (or grated mozzarella)
  • 500.00 ml baby spinach leaves
  • 12 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 tsp capers
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 230°C.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for flavors to meld.
  • Roll out the dough to fit two lightly oiled 30cm pizza trays. Top each pizza with half of the bocconcini and bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until crisp.
  • Add a layer of fresh spinach and tender smoked salmon on top of each pizza. Sprinkle with flavorful capers and drizzle with creamy dill mayonnaise for a burst of delicious flavors.
