Delicious smoked salmon pizza with marinated artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes - perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 0.5 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Drizzle olive oil on pizza crust and top with smoked salmon, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in the hot oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, for 10 to 15 minutes.
