Indulge in gluten-free smoky beef tacos paired with a refreshing summer fruit salad.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Spicy Red Sauce, plus extra, to serve
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 800g lean beef rump steak
  • Soft gluten-free tortillas, warmed, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • 1/2 small pineapple, finely chopped
  • 2 small Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 2 green shallots, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on high, then lightly spray with oil. In a large glass or ceramic dish, mix together the sauce and paprika. Add the steak, ensuring it is fully coated, and season to taste.
  • Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side to your preferred doneness. Place it on a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest.
  • For the fruit salsa, combine pineapple, cucumber, strawberries, mint leaves, and shallot in a bowl and gently mix.
  • Slice the steak thinly and serve with fruit salsa and warm tortillas. Drizzle extra sauce on top and provide lime wedges for squeezing.
