Elevate your grilling game with perfectly smoked vegetables drenched in flavorful teriyaki sauce. Uniform cuts ensure even cooking.
Ingredients:
  • 1 eggplant, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 2 red bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 large onions, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch thick roun
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • Coat vegetables in a luscious layer of oil.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to set up the smoker with alder or apple chips. Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on the smoker racks. Smoke for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill on high heat.
  • Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grate. Place the vegetables on the grill, ensuring the peppers are placed away from the center. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping once. Regularly brush the vegetables with teriyaki sauce. As each vegetable reaches desired tenderness, remove from the grill, and continue cooking until all are cooked to perfection.
