Indulge in a decadent Snickers cheesecake that rivals Cheesecake Factory's famous version, complete with caramel, chocolate, and peanuts.
Ingredients:
  • 20 chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.5 cup caramel chips, divided
  • 0.25 cup chopped peanuts, divided
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
  • 16 mini chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy bars (such as Snickers®), divided
  • 1 (7 ounce) can whipped cream
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • Combine ground cookies, butter, and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl until well mixed. Press evenly into a 9-inch springform pan, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup caramel chips and 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts on top.
  • Combine cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth. Stir in milk. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined. Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons flour with a wooden spoon until batter is smooth.
  • Dice 6 mini candy bars; coat with 1 tablespoon flour in a bowl to ensure they evenly disperse in the cake. Mix into batter and pour into the crust-lined pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, keeping the door closed. Turn off the heat and let the cake cool in the oven for at least 3 hours. Then, remove from the oven and chill for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Remove cake from pan and place it on a serving plate. Use whipped cream to adorn the top edge of the cake. In separate microwave-safe bowls, microwave 1/4 cup caramel chips and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips until melted, approximately 1 minute each. Drizzle the melted caramel over the cake, followed by the melted chocolate. Chop the remaining candy bars and place them on the whipped cream. Finally, sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of peanuts over the cake.
