Indulge in a decadent treat featuring your favorite Snickers bars.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml plain flour
  • 12.00 gm icing sugar
  • 80g butter, chopped
  • 2-60.00 gm chilled water
  • 8 fun size Snickers bars
  • 100g milk chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Blend flour, icing sugar, and butter until crumbly. While mixing, pour in just enough chilled water for the dough to form a ball.
  • On a lightly floured surface, shape the dough into a ball and divide into 8 portions. Roll each portion into a 6cm x 11cm rectangle. Place a Snickers bar in the center of each rectangle, fold in the sides, and roll up to seal. Transfer to a tray and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before baking.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. If they puff slightly, let them cool briefly, then gently press filling back in. Drizzle with melted chocolate and set aside for 15 minutes. Serve either warm or cold.
