Whip up a luscious no-bake dessert by mixing gelatin, sugar, lemon juice, and egg whites, then chilling in a mold until creamy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 0.33000001311302 cup lemon juice
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 5 egg whites
Instructions:
  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and allow it to absorb for 5 minutes.
  • Combine gelatin, boiling water, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves. Chill in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally, until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
  • Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat lemon mixture until frothy. Gently fold egg whites into lemon mixture until well combined. Transfer mixture into greased molds and refrigerate until firm.
