Prepare and shape sourdough dough, bake briefly, then top with favorite pizza toppings and bake again.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups sourdough starter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a piping hot 500°F (260°C).
  • In a bowl, mix sourdough starter, flour, and salt until a soft dough forms. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into a circle of your preferred thickness and size, then transfer it to a round oven-safe pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 5 minutes until the dough appears dry. Then, generously brush with olive oil.
