Southern Praline Pecan Cake

Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package butter pecan cake mix, dry
  • 1 (16 ounce) container coconut pecan frosting
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C and generously spray a 9 or 10 inch Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix the cake mix together with the frosting, eggs, oil, water, and half of the pecan pieces until fully combined.
  • Evenly spread out the rest of the pecans in the greased Bundt pan before pouring in the cake batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until a toothpick comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
