Delicious no-bake banana split cake layers cream cheese, banana, pineapple, whipped topping, and cherries in a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 pound butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 12 ounces crushed peanuts
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, blend graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter thoroughly. Firmly press the mixture into a 9x13-inch cake pan, then refrigerate until chilled for about 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  • Arrange sliced bananas and crushed pineapple on top of the luscious cream cheese layer, then generously top with fluffy whipped topping.
  • Garnish with fresh cherries and a sprinkle of chopped nuts. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving cold.
