Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pound boneless smoked ham or pork chops, cubed
  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut into eighths
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
