25-minute creamy Southwest cheese pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup green salsa (salsa verde)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 8 ounces uncooked cavatappi pasta or elbow macaroni
  • 1 loaf (8 oz. box) VELVEETA™ Original Cheese, cubed
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a 12-inch nonstick skillet, excluding the cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently, until the pasta is tender.
  • Add a generous amount of cheese and stir until it melts into a creamy delight.
