Try this delicious new chicken recipe to impress your guests!
Ingredients:
  • 86.63 gm soy sauce
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 3.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 4 (340g each) chicken maryland pieces
  • Baby Asian salad greens, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic dish, mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds. Add the chicken and toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, if possible.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the chicken and marinade in a large baking dish.
  • Bake the chicken until it is golden and fully cooked, flipping halfway through, for 50-60 minutes. Serve alongside fresh salad greens.
