Create a stunning meal with just 6 key ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 gm jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 4 (120g each) dory fish fillets
  • 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
  • 82.50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 4cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Boil rice in a saucepan of water following package instructions until tender; then drain.
  • Prepare the bamboo steamer by lining it with baking paper. Fill a wok with 2 cups of cold water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, place the steamer over the water. Steam the fish for 7 to 8 minutes until cooked through. Transfer the fish to a plate and cover to keep warm. Remove the baking paper and add the broccolini to the steamer. Cover and steam the broccolini for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine teriyaki sauce, ginger, and 1/4 cup cold water. Simmer gently until slightly thickened for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the onion until well combined.
  • Drizzle fish with the flavorful sauce and beautifully pair it with broccolini and fluffy rice.
