Savor the best of both worlds with this delicious pasta-pizza fusion dish!
Ingredients:
  • 250g cooked spaghetti
  • 25g (1/3 cup) finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 250ml (1 cup) tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 (about 80g) bocconcini or mozzarella, sliced
  • 3 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 slices pancetta
  • 125.00 ml fresh basil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan forced) and generously grease a 30cm pizza tray.
  • In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, lightly whisked eggs, parmesan, and seasonings. Toss everything together using tongs until well combined.
  • Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly on the prepared tray and bake for 5 minutes until partially cooked. Top with pasta sauce, bocconcini, mushrooms, and pancetta. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the base is crisp and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh basil.
