Make zesty deviled eggs with relish, mayo, onion, and horseradish for a sweet and tangy summer BBQ treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently lay the eggs and cover them with cold water. Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat and cover the saucepan. Allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Next, take the eggs out of the hot water, cool them down, and peel.
  • Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, and set aside the egg white halves. Place the yolks in a medium bowl and mash them with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise, relish, onion, horseradish, and mustard until well combined.
  • Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture using a spoon or pastry bag. Garnish with paprika, salt, and pepper, then chill in the refrigerator until serving.
