Try these irresistible bliss bars - simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 375.00 ml Special K original
  • 6 fresh medjool dates, pitted, roughly chopped
  • 6 soft and juicy dried figs, chopped
  • 82.50 ml reduced-sugar dried cranberries
  • 125.00 ml almond, brazil and cashew spread
  • 82.50 ml brazil nuts
  • 2 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 125.00 ml LSA
  • 25g butter, melted, cooled
  • 2 1/2 tsp white chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 19cm square cake pan by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, making sure to let the paper extend above the edges. Set aside 1 tablespoon of cereal. In a food processor, combine the remaining cereal, dates, figs, cranberries, spread, nuts, orange rind, LSA, butter, and 2 teaspoons of chia seeds. Process until a coarse mixture forms.
  • Press mixture into pan evenly using the back of a spoon. Crush reserved cereal and sprinkle over mixture along with remaining chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
  • Cut the mixture into delicious bars and present them beautifully for serving.
