Speedy schnitzel wrap with Caesar dressing and grated parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 2 White Soft Wraps
  • 4 baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 1 RSCPA Approved Chicken Schnitzel
  • 1 Free Range Egg
  • 60ml caesar salad dressing
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 40.00 ml grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C or 200C fan-forced. Bake the schnitzels on a lined tray according to the packet instructions until golden and fully cooked. Allow them to cool.
  • While waiting, bring a saucepan of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Gently add the egg and cook for 6-7 minutes. Drain the egg, then cool it under cold running water before peeling and cutting into quarters.
  • Cut the chicken schnitzels into thick pieces and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  • Prepare the lettuce by gently separating the leaves, rinsing under cold water, drying, and tearing into pieces.
  • Lay the wraps on a tidy work surface. Add lettuce, chicken, and egg. Drizzle with Caesar dressing, then layer with tomato and Parmesan cheese. Roll them up and enjoy!
