Speedy honey and soy prawn stir-fry

Whip up a quick prawn and noodle stir-fry with just 6 ingredients for a perfect weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 450g pkt hokkien noodles
  • 1kg Deli Raw Prawns Thawed, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 bunches broccolini, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 120g honey and soy stir-fry sauce
  • 250.00 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  • Preheat a generously greased wok over high heat. Cook half of the prawns, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until they curl and turn pink. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining prawns.
  • Cook the onion and broccolini in the wok briefly until the broccolini is just tender. Add the prawns back to the wok along with the noodles and stir-fry sauce. Continue to cook for a few minutes until everything is heated through and well mixed. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
