Indulge in a quick and delicious Korean spicy pork bowl with savory pork, noodles, and veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml bulgogi sauce and marinade
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 500g pork steaks, cut into strips
  • 550g packet fresh rice noodles
  • 2 x 150g Asian salad bowls
  • 4 red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 62.50 ml sriracha mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Mix together the bulgogi sauce, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Place the pork in a medium bowl and add half of the bulgogi mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add pork and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once, until pork is cooked to your liking. Stir in the rest of the bulgogi mixture until heated through.
  • Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water, and let stand for 5 minutes. Separate noodles with a fork, drain, and then return them to the bowl. Add the dressing from the salad kits and toss to combine.
  • Distribute the noodle mixture equally into serving bowls. Layer with pork, salad mix, crunchy noodles (from salad kit), and radish. Finish with mayonnaise and green onion over the pork. Serve and enjoy!
