Kid-friendly Speedy Fried Rice recipe for a fun and easy cooking experience.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
  • 3 rashers shortcut rindless bacon, chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely sliced
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas, corn and capsicum
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 450g packet 90-second white rice
  • 20.00 ml kecap manis
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add bacon and onion, stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes until bacon is golden and crisp.
  • **Revamp your dish by incorporating peas, corn, and capsicum and stir-fry for a minute. Introduce the egg and continue to stir-fry until cooked. Mix in the rice and kecap manis, stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes until heated. Plate into bowls and serve.**
